Construction update
Over April most of the apartments have been constructed, with Porter Lodge, the onsite Residential Aged Care not far behind. There is more work to go, in particular finishing the apartment interiors to ensure they are comfortable, safe and to a high standard before we welcome our future residents.
Keep an eye out for the Pavillion, one of Minto Gardens’ community spaces, in the video. It looks out onto protected bushland and will be a space for clubs, events or for residents to hire to entertain friends and family.
