Construction Update
Minto Gardens is a retirement village comprising modern apartments and community facilities complete with café, outdoor gym and playground. Stage One will have 220 apartments with 110 dedicated for rental, and a 100 bed residential home.
After 18 months of construction around 2000 jobs will have been created within the local community. We are excited that the construction is progressing and we will be able to welcome residents in August this year.
